EBYH seems to be pushing that .20 cent range with that close today. It's beginning to looking like we'd be so fortunate to pick up much lower now. Well at least you know it's still 5x money at $1.00 + so it's ALL Good no doubt and $3.00 - $5.00 is for the next level planning sessions and upper level funding.

*** If they push to get the Audit done and uplisted ahead of their schedule we could see something we ALL want at any Buy-in price. Seems pretty scarce amount of shares available on the open market. That will work very much in their favor for their share price climb as they progress through the levels.

Momentum volume will be a certain game changing eye opener for this one, Great to see it all working for ALL our Benefit.

*** It's always good to set Goals and Accomplishments even when they seem far away. Sometimes surprises happen and Best be ready than not.

Here we Go! August 12, 2024, Day - 6 Market Open. The Dow is fighting again to get into the Green. NASDAQ is Green right now in anticipation of earnings reports. Gold is up, Mining stocks get a boost, and Tech industry looking for a rebound with Chip stocks and AI rebound. Interesting Monday morning.

EBYH has Price Bids gaining ground on the spread. It is wide due to the neophyte momentum and pending announcements. However, I am Glad to see the thin trading and semi-wild price swing in this one. Very Positive sign for the momentum.

Bidding Price remains the flavor of the day as investors try to Buy as low as possible while some go market price to cause sellers to continue to raise their offer price much higher. This is most likely in anticipation of much Greater things to come and not a lot of Sellers out there. Market orders will run rampant as the larger audience kicks in due to a higher number of investors anticipating Project Success.

This morning the Bid moved up again to 12 - 28 with no trades so far today. 
*** 15 or 20 cent Bids are the next steps to follow anticipation of future movement and any lower price acquisition today.

*** Who knows when the momentum will start, there are a number of factors including preparation for mass exposure advertising for our products and key project progress announcements.

Good thing we have a few good ones underway, and pending announcements should have an effect on audience numbers and shareholder excitement.

*** I expect the up-coming ASU/CSi-EDP project announcements will cause some excitement. Besides the new CSi product releases through EBYH we are also working on the 1 Million Strong Killing Cancers program advancements and actual date announcements for our first event. That should cause that spark out there with the masses if we announce TV Show or Live Events to promote ALL our projects and Companies. Keep your Eyes on the Prize!

As I mentioned before, these things can price flip real quick up and down, sideways so we look at the levels and pick our spots accordingly. The golden investor question always; do we have time and eyes to watch and wait or do we just pick our spots and ride the waves. That is up to you, of course!

Day - 7, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, the Dow finally gave us those gains back in total from the losses a few days ago. Outstanding! Slim Trading on EBYH the Bids are consistent maybe attracting Sellers as the offer dropped to .24 maybe our Bidders will get some "Cheap Stock" as they say!

Patience is certainly a virtue in this market. However, not much coming out. Whenever the market decides to turn again it looks like the .20 cent land will be the "Cheap Stock".

Day - 8, TODAY, Wednesday, August 14, 2024, The Tree was certainly Shook on "EBYH" it even got SHOOK with such a small amount of trading. Today we see a Trade for 210 Shares at .22. Not much, however it does all add up.

Right now, "EBYH" is .12 - 24

The Bids continue to come in around that 10-15 mark and some are still not visible, however time is still on our side "for the moment anyways" !!

I've got some Great progress with our new partners and new projects we are very excited to announce! News will come out soon as possible, we'll see what happens then in such a thinly traded market. Day - 9, August 15, 2024, Another Great open for the DOW, it was up over 500 points to push the all-time high one more time! Great investor confidence has sparked a number of companies.

Right now the DOW is 40,409 up 400 points and trading strong.

Here's what we got from Yahoo:

Retail sales surpassed Wall Street's estimates in July, helping ease concerns of a significant slowdown in the US economy.

Retail sales rose 1% in July. Economists had expected a 0.4% increase in spending, according to Bloomberg data. Meanwhile, retail sales in June were revised lower to a 0.2% decline, from a prior reading that showed sales were flat from the month, according to Census Bureau data.

July sales, excluding auto and gas, rose 0.4%, above consensus estimates for a 0.2% increase. The control group in Tuesday's release, which excludes several volatile categories and factors into the gross domestic product reading for the quarter, increased 0.3% in July, above estimates for a 0.1% increase.

Great to see DPI is up, meaning, we are all still Buying what we need!

They say they are waiting for more Rate drop News to determine the excitement levels. A couple good earnings reports out today fueling the Dows push, more Great News! It's still a hovering point between 40 - 41,000, which is Strong in its own right.

You know how it goes nothing goes straight UP !!! Speaking of which, our beloved "EBYH" Partner stock is finally seeing some UP/DOWN action, as .25 - .30 - .35 is proving out to be the Hot Spot levels for the moment.

Granted is it up considerably since that first News Release, we are expecting some multiplied excitement once we rollout the game plan that is underway right now! So there is still no real momentum to speak of, so the trading is sporadic and Bid accumulation seems to still be the flavor of the day until such time.

It's Great to see it air out finally at (and such a small amount) because as we all know "no stocks go straight up" unless there is a watershed event and mass momentum takes over and even then there are ups and downs. That's exactly what we are looking for as we progress through the levels.

It traded as high as .37 today for a small amount and the volume is sitting at 8,908 another small amount. Most of it traded at .30 and the last trade at .28 was a small amount as well.

This is a Beautiful thing to see as the Bid philosophy is working for some with the patience, time, and resilience. Question is how much can be accumulated at these levels before the next few news releases come out rolling out our game plan and perhaps create that momentum with some Great progress reports!

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell sent a straightforward message to markets in a key speech on Friday, saying "the time has come" for the central bank to begin lowering interest rates.

Speaking at the Kansas City Fed's annual economic symposium in Jackson Hole, Powell said: "The time has come for policy to adjust."

"The direction of travel is clear," Powell added, "and the timing and pace of rate cuts will depend on incoming data, the evolving outlook, and the balance of risks."

Powell's speech comes just over three weeks out from the Fed's Sept. 17-18 meeting, which should see the central bank announce its first interest rate cut since 2020.

Powell acknowledged recent softness in the labor market in his speech and said the Fed does not "seek or welcome further cooling in labor market conditions."

The July jobs report rattled markets earlier this month, revealing there were just 114,000 jobs added to the economy last month while the unemployment rate rose to 4.3%, the highest since October 2021. Data earlier this week also showed that 818,000 fewer people were employed in the US economy as of March, suggesting reports have been overstating the strength of the job market over the last year.

"It seems unlikely that the labor market will be a source of elevated inflationary pressures anytime soon," Powell said.

Ahead of Powell's speech, investors had priced in nearly 100% odds the Fed would lower rates next month, with odds on a cut of 0.25% vs. 0.50% standing at roughly two to one.

This morning the Bid moved up again to 12 - 28 with no trades so far today. 
*** 15 or 20 cent Bids are the next steps to follow anticipation of future movement and any lower price acquisition today.

*** Who knows when the momentum will start, there are a number of factors including preparation for mass exposure advertising for our products and key project progress announcements.

Good thing we have a few good ones underway, and pending announcements should have an effect on audience numbers and shareholder excitement.

Patience is certainly a virtue in this market. However, not much coming out. Whenever the market decides to turn again it looks like the .20 cent land will be the "Cheap Stock".

Right now, "EBYH" is .12 - 24

The Bids continue to come in around that 10-15 mark and some are still not visible, however time is still on our side "for the moment anyways" !!

Day - 9, August 15, 2024, Another Great open for the DOW, it was up over 500 points to push the all-time high one more time! Great investor confidence has sparked a number of companies.

Right now the DOW is 40,409 up 400 points and trading strong.

Here's what we got from Yahoo:

Retail sales surpassed Wall Street's estimates in July, helping ease concerns of a significant slowdown in the US economy.

Great to see DPI is up, meaning, we are all still Buying what we need!

The "EBYH" Market right now is .16 - .25 on 10,390 volume. The .24 cent offer was taken out as it all traded at .24 this morning.

Follow up News Releases on "EBYH" should bring even more market excitement and momentum as we proceed forward with our plans.

It traded as high as .37 today for a small amount and the volume is sitting at 8,908 another small amount. Most of it traded at .30 and the last trade at .28 was a small amount as well.

Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell sent a straightforward message to markets in a key speech on Friday, saying "the time has come" for the central bank to begin lowering interest rates.

Speaking at the Kansas City Fed's annual economic symposium in Jackson Hole, Powell said: "The time has come for policy to adjust."

"The direction of travel is clear," Powell added, "and the timing and pace of rate cuts will depend on incoming data, the evolving outlook, and the balance of risks."

Powell's speech comes just over three weeks out from the Fed's Sept. 17-18 meeting, which should see the central bank announce its first interest rate cut since 2020.

Powell acknowledged recent softness in the labor market in his speech and said the Fed does not "seek or welcome further cooling in labor market conditions."

"It seems unlikely that the labor market will be a source of elevated inflationary pressures anytime soon," Powell said.

Ahead of Powell's speech, investors had priced in nearly 100% odds the Fed would lower rates next month, with odds on a cut of 0.25% vs. 0.50% standing at roughly two to one.
